Soap & Glory Pulp Friction Body Scrub Review!

You’ll be well aware by now, I am obsessed with Soap & Glory. I am also very fond of a good ole body scrub. So combine the two, and you’re onto a winner for sure. I picked up the Pulp Friction Body scrub a while ago when Boots were doing a 3 for 2 offer, as I adore the ‘Fruitigo’ scent range from Soap & Glory. The Fruitigo fragrance is an amazingly intoxicating fruity cocktail scent, which I love to use in the shower in the mornings, as it wakes me up with the tropical aroma filling the bathroom! So apart from the scent, I was also drawn in by the funky packaging, and the promise that this was a ‘foamy scrub’ which I’d never seen in any previous body exfoliators that I’ve tried in the past.

The foaming action means if you’re in a hurry in the mornings, you won’t need to use a separate shower gel as well, cos this bad boy seriously lathers up. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t as effective as expected, oh baby this bad boy still packs a punch. The scrubby particles are pretty tiny, but they work so well at gently exfoliating the skin, and leaving it so soft and smooth afterwards. This stuff works wonders at removing fake tan, and has definitely helped to eliminate a lot of those bumps on the back of my arms since I’ve incorporated this into my regular shower routine. The best bit about this is, even hours after use, I can still smell the gorgeous tropical scent on my skin!

I cannot rave about this scrub enough, its really so good! At €12 from Boots, the price point is a little high for a ‘drugstore’ product, but it works so well, and the tube lasts a really long time, so I definitely think it is well worth the investment. Plus, Soap & Glory is on 3 for 2 in Boots so often, so you can score a really great bargain then!
